This Course is For You

Whether you're 4 or 74, a first-timer or returning learner — there's a path here for you.

Age 4+

Young Learners

Piano is widely considered the best first instrument for children — it builds music reading, hand coordination, and theory simultaneously. Lessons are play-based for younger children and progressively more structured as they grow.

Any Age

Adult Beginners

Adults learn piano faster than they expect. Stronger focus, better finger strength, and a clear sense of goals mean adult beginners often reach intermediate level in 12–18 months. It's never too late to start.

Grade 1–8

Exam Candidates

Full preparation for Trinity College London piano examinations — technical work, sight-reading, aural tests, and the complete exam repertoire. Pracheen Kala Kendra and Prayag Sangeet Samiti exam preparation also available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an acoustic piano or is a digital piano sufficient for lessons? +
A good digital piano with weighted, touch-sensitive keys (61–88 keys) is excellent for learning — it's more practical for most Noida apartments, quieter, never needs tuning, and a quality digital piano sounds and feels close to acoustic. We'll advise on specific models across different budget ranges before your first lesson.
Can adults learn piano from scratch with no musical background? +
Absolutely. Adults are often surprised at how quickly they progress. With focused practice of 20–30 minutes daily, most adult beginners are playing recognisable songs within a month and complete pieces within 3–4 months. Starting with zero experience is completely normal.
Do you prepare students for Trinity College London piano exams? +
Yes. We prepare students for the full Trinity Classical and Contemporary grade range, from Initial to Grade 8. The preparation includes scales, arpeggios, technical exercises, sight-reading, aural tests, and two or three performance pieces — all covered within regular lesson time without needing extra sessions.
What is the difference between piano and keyboard lessons? +
Piano lessons typically emphasise classical technique — weighted touch, dynamic control, pedalling, and reading staff notation. Keyboard lessons are more popular-music oriented, with chord shapes, patterns, and Bollywood or pop arrangements at the forefront. We teach both styles and blend them for students who want both classical foundation and popular repertoire.
How many keys should my piano or keyboard have to start learning? +
We recommend a minimum of 61 touch-sensitive keys for beginners, and 76 or 88 for intermediate and advanced students. The touch sensitivity is more important than the number of keys initially — a 61-key piano with weighted keys is better than an 88-key piano with non-touch-sensitive keys for developing proper technique.
